The location of this hotel is superb, with easy access to all major sites within a short walking distance. It is conveniently situated on the edge of the bustling shopping area, just a few minutes' walk away. Despite being located near a busy motorway, the noise was not a problem. The rooms are well-appointed, with neat little kitchenettes and some even offer a view of the Royal Palace. The staff provides excellent service and attention to detail. The breakfast, which includes both hot and cold options, is included in the rate or offered at a reduced price.

Wonderful suite with a kitchen and fine views of the palace. Loved the smartphone provided with attractions. The rooftop terrace was beautiful, and the location was perfect with great food nearby. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel is convenient, with excellent transport connections to central areas via Atocha station. The hotel is within walking distance of the Centre, most important monuments and near a variety of restaurants. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with excellent bathroom facilities and a beautiful view of the Palace from some rooms. The buffet breakfast is delicious and plentiful.
The parking area is limited, which can be difficult to navigate for those with larger vehicles.
